Job Description:

As the Grassroots Client Project Coordinator / Traffic Manager, you will play a vital role in the agency’s success by managing and coordinating the workflow of social media campaigns and projects. You will collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining efficient project delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Project Management: Take ownership of social media marketing campaigns and projects, overseeing their development from inception to completion. Ensure that all project deliverables align with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with account managers and creative teams, to develop comprehensive project timelines. Monitor the progress of projects and proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks or delays. Resource Allocation: 
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including staff, time, and budget, to each project to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines. 
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of project work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards before presenting deliverables to clients.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project development. Regularly communicate project status updates, address inquiries, and manage client expectations to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among various teams, including account managers and creatives to facilitate seamless project execution. 
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance the agency’s efficiency and overall project performance. 
  • Deadline Management: Enforce strict adherence to project timelines and deadlines, communicating any adjustments to relevant stakeholders promptly. 
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks or conflicts, keeping all parties informed throughout the resolution process. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and other project-related records.

Project Coordinator


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
    • Demonstrated passion for social media and a strong understanding of various social media platforms. 
    • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to social media campaigns. 
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
    • Basic understanding of social media advertising and paid promotions is desirable but not required. 
    • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Canva) is a plus. 
    • A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Arabic is preferred but not required.
